About

my grandmother taught me how to make my first granny square- and turn it into an afghan. i have been crocheting ever since. i love trying out new patterns and designs so i don't take on many large projects- mainly throws and baby blankets, pillows, etc., so that i can move on to something new. i also enjoy crewel and plan on teaching myself knitting and cross stitch in the near future. i am opening myself up to eco yarns made from renewable resources such as bamboo, soy, and recycled materials from t-shirts and plastics.

i am not much of a traveler and my favorite place to be is at home with my cat- upstate new york is beautiful country.
