About

Thank you for visiting my shop. I'm from the Ponca, and Creek Nations of Oklahoma. I have been creating since about the age of two. My early work was in crayons, now it has evolved into painting and fine pastels. I'm from a long line of crafters and artists. My early training was from my mother Connie R. Hansen, a fine arts painter. Later, I studied at the Institute of American Indian Art, and at the University of Oklahoma. Currently, I live in the beautiful mountains of Santa Fe, NM. My present inspiration is of the modern Native American women, and powwow dancers. Every thing I do is highly respectful of my culture, and to the individual models that I choose to paint.
