About

Hi! In this shop you'll find vintage and antique items mainly from the 1920s - 1970s, including: clothing in modern sizes 6 - 20, jewelry, hats, cuff links, bow ties, home decor, kitchen items, housewares, pottery, glassware, shoes, books, sheet music, advertisements, ephemera, collectibles, sports memorabilia, cameras and radios, sewing patterns and material.

For several years I have been accumulating vintage and antique items from relatives. Because I have inherited so many cute things and my husband won't let me keep everything (the nerve!) I've decided to open this store.

If you want a specific thing, let me know. I might have it - I have well over 1,000 items (literally) not listed yet.

I use Recycled Packaging & Packing Peanuts - please reuse them too!…

I use Recycled Packaging & Packing Peanuts - please reuse them too!
*******************************************************************
Because of my dedication to the Earth, I use pre-used packaging and recycled materials for the shipping boxes and mailers 99% of the time. All reused packaging materials come from my previous full-time job, where it would have been thrown away if not for me taking it home or from items my family members receive from buying online.

Why the name "Dandelions Vintage" ?
*******************************************************************
My husband & I visited Iceland a few years ago, and the Icelandic people allow millions of dandelions to grown wild all over the place - no pesticides are used to kill these beautiful flowers that Americans call weeds! Beautiful fields of bright yellow dandelions are an amazing sight. They're also very healthy and full of vitamins! You just have to get them young before flowering or else they turn bitter.

20% of ALL Profits to Benefit Feral Cats!
*******************************************************************
I'm a strong advocate for animal rights. As such, I dedicate 20% (if not more) of all profits to TNR (Trap, Neuter, Release) efforts for feral cats, including the organizations Alley Cat Allies and Foster Cat Inc., where I volunteer, or I use the money to spay/neuter local cats in my neighborhood at the $30-per-cat clinic.
