I love to use found objects in my jewelry art. One of my favorite pendants is made from an iron nail and silver wire. I still love to use found objects, but now I like to find them at antique stores and estate sales.

Being home schooled gave me a lot of creative time to indulge in crafts. My fascination with wire started early, taking apart my mom's clothespins to use the springs for bracelets and using twist tie wire to make mini sculptures.


Do you ever find yourself twisting your hair up into a bun and securing it with a writing tool?
Do store bought hair clips and barrettes break due to use in your heavy duty hair?

I have been in a copper phase for at least 8 years or so, but I still make silver and brass items to round out my selection.
