About

Since my childhood, I have been seduced; enticed by art and the variety of mediums one can utilize to express themselves. Growing up on the North Shore, I found my niche in the written word at a young age. I reveled in the newfound freedom to not only communicate my thoughts but to imagine scenarios of my own, resulting in the creation of fiction and nonfiction that would forever be documented.

Now, as a music journalist, freelance writer, and editor of a wildly gifted individual’s debut novel, I have broadened my horizons to include the visual world of photography. I characterize myself as an intense, ambitious woman; a lover, observer, perpetual learner, and teacher, qualities that are reflected throughout my work and inform my lifestyle. I make a conscious effort to remain open-minded and willing to the agents of influence, whatever they may be. I am inspired by bright, brilliant crescent moons and their mystical majesty, the timelessness of love affairs and corresponding romantic interludes, along with the sound of waves crashing – the glistening ocean being my own personal Shangri-La. Although the moment itself may never return in the same capacity, I believe that a photograph serves to eternally capture it on film, on paper, and in our hearts. We are all connected.
