Janet S. Larson's Profile

About

When you're #5 in a lineup of 8 daughters, learning how to sew is a necessity if you want your own, new clothing. Since my initial foray into sewing as a young girl, I have ventured into constructing nearly every type of clothing - from sewing for my own children (and the neighbor's!), to creating baptismal gowns and wedding dresses, and studying couture construction for tailoring men's and women's suits.

Along the way, I have developed a fascination for things well-made and an appreciation of nature's ability to provide the riches and finest fibers. That appreciation continues now in sharing with you the wonderful artistry of designer cottons and the finest of cotton fabrics.
