I drew horses constantly as I grew up and that is one part of my childhood I didn't leave behind. My fascination with the effects that a person can get with a pencil stays with me even into my old age. My wife and I are retired and I have more time to devote to one of the loves of my life.

I don't have any formal training, but have learned to use the gift of art that God has given me. I love to draw and I desire others to see what I observe in the beauty around all of us in our busy days. At times we miss wonderful moments around us and I'd love to slow you down a bit and let you appreciate nature around you.

For me it could be just a horse on the side of the road. Sometimes it's just a certain spark I see in the expressions of people around me.
