About

I have always been an artist from the moment I started making sculpture heads out of clay mud found in Southern California and finger painting at a early age. Coming from a family that were Artists and Fashion Designers it's no wonder that I also took on those skills. I really didn't have any idea until I moved to the South that people from my kind of background really do lead a different kind of life and a different kind of thinking, I now embrace them all. My family also loved going to thrift stores to find treasures. I have been doing all of these things all my life which is why I have such eclectic since of style and taste that I now pass on to you.
I love fashion but my favorite Era's would be the 1940s through the 1960s. My Grandmother was a seamstress during WWII. The ladies would bring their husbands old suits to her and She would make them into ladies suits. My Mother and all the kids look like they were fashion…

I love fashion but my favorite Era's would be the 1940s through the 1960s. My Grandmother was a seamstress during WWII. The ladies would bring their husbands old suits to her and She would make them into ladies suits. My Mother and all the kids look like they were fashion models because my Grandmother made all their clothes. My Father was also a sharp dresser, always in a suit with a Fedora hat. It's no wonder that I love this era and have always loved fashion.
I started collecting and wearing retro clothing and accessories in the late1960s. My girlfriends and i would go to all the thrift stores looking for velvet clothing and old lady shoes, from the 40s and 50s. We would braid our hair wet, when it was dry it looked like Janis Joplin's hair. Also I love jewelry of any era so much so that I started making jewelry while I was in High School and I still make jewelry to this day.
