I am a student in the world of the arts. I am passionate about artwork (drawing, painting, and architecture), art history, many types of art restoration, and jewelry design which re-purposing vintage beads and stampings with new contemporary components into art pieces that can be worn on a daily basis, gives me that outlet. I am drawn to several transitional periods in Art History; including the late Victorian era to Edwardian period, Art Nouveau, Arts and Crafts Movement, and the Roaring 20's with Art Deco/Art Moderne styles. These periods inspire me, and ultimately influence my Czecho inspired work.
I take great pride in each piece as I feel honored to work with these little items of history that came from those who were before their time and out of an art movement that should be restored and cherished in some way. I truly hope that you will enjoy them as I do in hunting for them and constructing them into new pieces.
