About

A very patient friend taught me to knit several years ago. I enjoyed the clickity-click of her knitting needles so much that I just had to learn. And I kept right on knitting. After giving some items to family and friends I saw that that was much more fun than making them for myself.

I did my first craft fair in 2010 and, during that event, a surprise cold front came through. Hooray! I sold almost everything I had created. What excited me most was the thought that these pieces would become just another every day accessory for my customers. It would become a part of my customers’ lives, they’d dig whatever it was out when it got chilly outside. They’d remember how warm it made them. And these pieces would probably be a part of many happy winter memories to come.

I opened my etsty store less than a month later, and now here we are.
