I have bee writing and keeping journals since I was eight years old. My icon is a picture of my very first journal, circa 1975. I have always been physically close to my writing, a trait which I attribute to my low vision (see below). Through creative writing courses, I found out it's not just me. For many of us writerly types, it does matter, for instance, where we write, what we write in or on, and what we write with. To that end, I enjoy making writing materials, implements, and environments for others.

I was born legally blind, and I also now have multiple sclerosis (MS). This shop is part of my Vocational Plan to achieve Sustainable Self-sufficiency. My hope is that you will purchase my products because of their merits, but if you would like to see proof of disability before placing an order, I certainly understand.
