About

We started June Pryce Fiber Arts because we needed a creative outlet, and love to enable other artists!

We are very excited to be starting our fifth year in our Etsy shop! We are determined to continue to provide quality hand-dyed materials to our loyal customers.

We are busy mothers, each with two sons. We are also sisters! We love how being around creative people inspires us, so we decided to make supplies for others to use in their creations. That way, we get to interact with creative people and make things too.

Before becoming a stay at home mom, Jenn was a software engineer. She spins our fibers but also knits her own designs. She has been knitting for 15 years and understands how yarn is supposed to feel and what traits make it fun to knit with.

Cheryl is a trained chef who has been dyeing cotton fabric for quilting friends for 3 years. Jenn is to blame for dragging Cheryl into the world of wool. Cheryl really loves the mix of science and the creativity to produce extraordinary hand dyed pieces of spinnable art. In order to better understand the needs of spinners, Cheryl has learned to spin and now is working on her knitting and felting skills.

Our company name, which is also our parents’ middle names, is an homage to their support of our creativity and entrepreneurship.
