About

My name is Korrina Robinson and I live in Rigby, Idaho. I have a wonderful husband of 16 years and 6 great kids. When I am not claying, I am homeschooling the kids and helping my husband run our computer repair business.

When I was sixteen, I worked for our neighbor sewing wrestling singlets. After high school I got a job at the local ceramic shop where I poured, cleaned, painted displays and taught the children's classes. About the only thing I didn't learn to do there was load the kiln. Then I spent a couple of years working in a fabric store and learning all I could about clothing construction. Later, I worked for a tailor hemming pants. That didn't last long. After that I started a website selling fabric-covered photo albums. When I got sick of brides' mothers (momzilla?- the brides were great), I gave that up until I could figure out what I wanted to do next.

That's when I discovered polymer clay. I've been doing it for about 10 years and have never taken a class (although that's on my wish list). It's also the first craft I've tried that I have stuck with for more that a couple of years (or months). I have a quilt that I started 12 years ago and is maybe a third done. I have a cross-stitch project that is about 10 years old and is about half done. I've also got several ceramic pieces that I still haven't painted from when I worked in the ceramic shop, pieces of fabric and patterns to make toddler outfits for my (now) teenager, and more craft supplies than I could ever keep track of.

Anyway, that's enough rambling. To see more of my work and learn more about me and my techniques:
