Hi! Thank you for stopping by and checking out my profile!

I have loved making jewelry for people to wear everyday or for their special occasions since 1987! I love the creative process! I love the process of creating a piece of art/jewelry!

Jewelry is such a unique art form because it may be the only piece of art a person will ever own and wear on or close to their body. Jewelry has a special bond and meaning because it is such an intimate part of a person's life! I am so grateful to be a part of someone's life by making a special piece for them or someone they love. What could be better than that?

Handmade chains are my specialty. I'm always looking for new designs, either in my doodles or I look back into ancient techniques for inspiration. I also try to make chains that you aren't going to find in the…

Handmade chains are my specialty. I'm always looking for new designs, either in my doodles or I look back into ancient techniques for inspiration. I also try to make chains that you aren't going to find in the usual retail stores because I think, why make chains that machines can make? I really like the way the handmade links feel when they are all connected, so smooth and shiny.

I make all the links in my chains by hand coiling and actually hand sawing the coils to make the rings and links with my jeweler's saw. I hand weave the chainmaille in the various patterns. If the chain is one of my soldered link chains, I sometimes have to solder the links as I weave the chain, or solder the links closed and then assemble them with open rings and solder the open ones later.

Thank you so much for stopping and looking! I would love to hear from you!
