Knit envy. That pang that goes off in a crocheter's heart when she peeks at knitters' projects and sees a world of cables, patterns, and textures squarely out of reach to the crocheter. I admit it, I have it.
But, crocheting is faster, chunkier, and uses half as many sticks. And so, I took this cavernous gap in style and texture between knitting and crocheting as a challenge: To design crochet projects that are the envy of any knitter!
And Knits for Life was born.
I aim to incorporate my passion for life and creativity into my products. I use a range of fibers that are more compassionate to people, plants, animals, and other species. I donate a new tree for every item sold to the Nature Conservancy's Plant a Billion Project. Packaging usually contains recycled, post-consumer materials…
