About

Hi!:)

I live in Las Vegas, so I definitely know ALL about hot weather! lol

That's actually what got me started making my line of scarves - sometimes you want something pretty to accent your hair, or just don't have the time or inclination to sit and style it ;~)

Traditional head wraps are usually so HOT, heavy and bulky, so i made mine with lightweight open weaves, which makes them great for the pool or beach (I posted a pic of myself by the pool wearing one of my own on my FB page)

What more to say about myself? Hmm.... Well - I love to knit! (obviously ;) )

I'm 35 and live in Las Vegas with my Partner and our 3 children.

I'm a self-taught knitter :)

I've always had a desire to learn (I actually taught myself to sew when I was a little girl so that I could make Barbie doll clothes out of old socks!), and one day, just decided to buckle down and do it. I looked up some online tutorials that showed me some basic stitches, and took off from there! *grin*

My family and coworkers have been amazingly supportive *smile* They inspire me every day...

It's amazing how once I started, all of this creativity poured out - I realized I've found my passion in knitting!! :D
