Thank you for visiting BloomingSanctuary - BloomingSanctuary.etsy.com

I love art and I usually go to museums when I visit new cities. I am always fascinated by paintings, objects, sculptures etc.

At the same time, I wanted to create something original using materials from my country, Japan.

I started to create 3D art with Japanese paper called Washi, clay, natural materials such as shells and naturally fallen twigs, which I wash and dry well before applying to my pieces.

Each of my artwork is unique, has handmade and hand painted clay animals. I use all kinds of Japanese paper called "Washi", which is colourful, soft, gentle and often vivid. I use high quality Washi paper for 90% to 100%, but not common origami paper. (Sometimes 10% is common origami paper according to colour requirements.)

Japanese paper has a remarkable appearance when viewed with light shining from behind. It can appear throughout differently the day and creates a cheerful atmosphere when you decorate with it by the window or near the light on your desk.

I also make delicious looking cute clay food. Creating different type of items gives me a good inspiration for my creativity. I usually make stationery, décor and accessory with them.

I hope my animals and clay foods make you happy every day♪
