About

For my first Halloween at the age of 4 months, my mom dressed me up as a potted plant. I guess it stuck because I have been in love with plants ever since.

As a child, I played in my grandparents garden among the dill, sunflowers, strawberries and potatoes. I followed my dad to his ginseng plants in the woods of northern Wisconsin. I mapped out patches of clover and blackberries in my neighborhood, and and bandaged my friends' pretend broken bones in the long leaves of tiger lilies.

My teas and body products were born out of a love of handmade, simple and natural ingredients, and from a deep respect for plants.
