Sophia currently spends her time between her beloved hometown, the desert of New Mexico, and places neither here nor there. Through La Abeja she offers regular classes, a host of wildcrafted medicines and herbal products, as well as flower essence + herbal wellness consultations. She is also in final stages of publishing her first book on the magikal and medicinal uses of Solomon's Plume (Maianthemum racemosum).

Sophia Rose would be honored to have the opportunity to connect and to offer her support to you on your path to greater vitality.
