About

Hi,
Welcome to Larsson's Eye Candy, handmade jewelry by Jan Larsson. I'm thrilled to be a part of this diverse network of skilled and talented artisans. As a creative outlet, I find jewelry making immensely satisfying; inspiration can come from any arena, and I believe the possibilities are endless. I have a penchant for the whimsical and colorful, as well as a bohemian look, and am adding a little steampunk to my repertoire. Jewelry can be elegant, but I believe it should also be playful and fun; wearable art.

About

Hi,
Welcome to Larsson's Eye Candy, handmade jewelry by Jan Larsson.

During my lean college years, I experimented with different mediums, including beadwork, to make birthday and holiday gifts for family and friends. About 2 years ago, I became interested (again) in jewelry making when a neighbor talked me into taking some jewelry classes with her. Well, the passion to create was re-ignited and my imagination just took off; it filled a creative void (so to speak). Since I was preparing to start a part-time business anyway, it seemed only logical that it be something I enjoyed doing; hence, Eye Candy jewelry was "born". I continue to take classes to enhance my skills, and to add new ones. I started selling my pieces primarily to co-workers and friends, and have designed some special request pieces, but becoming a part of the Etsy family has allowed me to take my business to another level. I've recently joined the Sac Etsy Team, a wonderful group of artisans, and find it very supportive and friendly.

I welcome special orders. If you see something you like but want it in a different color or size, or even as a different piece, I'll be happy to work with you to create it. If you simply have an idea for a piece you'd like, I'd love to help you bring it to life. I also love bringing old family jewelry to new life by re-designing it; rather than storing your vintage family pieces in a drawer, think about having them made into something you'll love to wear.

I now have a FB page dedicated to Eye Candy; please visit it at: http://www.facebook.com/eyecandyjewelry

Thank you for shopping at Larsson's Eye Candy. Please come again and check out the new arrivals.
