I can pinpoint the exact moment my love affair with glass began. In 2005, I visited Key West, searching for a wedding site. As I wandered around the city, I stumbled upon a little shop. The island was full of shops, but not like this one. Everything inside was made of fused glass. From plates and pendants to wall decor and night lights, this shop had it all. I admit, I was mesmerized by the way the glass caught the light and sparkled. When I came home, I began researching everything I could find regarding this art form. It didn't take long for me to find a glass class in my area. I signed up and I was hooked. In the summer of 2007, I purchased my kiln and supplies and never looked back.
