Jen Hardiman's Profile

About

My name is Jennifer, mother of Lilah and daughter of Margaret. Together we are Lilah & Company.
I have always been enamored with jewelry. I began crafting as a very young child and continued my creative exploits through school and into college. During my eight years at Middle Tennessee State University, I studied painting, ceramics, metalsmithing, and oh, so much more. After receiving my BFA, I turned back to making jewelry as a break from all that "fine art" critique. My passion for precious shiny things has spurred me to market my jewelry creations in order to support my bead buying habit.
Now with my mother on board as co-creator, I have finally launched my collection for global consumption. We both take great care to only use the finest materials and meticulous craftsmanship to ensure comfortable and dependable wearability. Our chief of quality control is Lilah, age eight. She generously gives of her precious playtime…

We both take great care to only use the finest materials and meticulous craftsmanship to ensure comfortable and dependable wearability. Our chief of quality control is Lilah, age eight. She generously gives of her precious playtime to guarantee that all pieces are strong. If she can break it, then the piece gets reworked until it "passes." She's a hard worker, believe me.

Store policies:

Payment:
We currently only accept PayPal as form of payment.

Shipping Costs:
We ship USPS First class or Priority within 24 hours of payment, usually the next business day. Tracking is included in the shipping cost. We'll do our best to accomodate other shipping needs, just convo me and I'll take care of you.

I will be glad to ship your package internationally! Since I'm new, and I want to make your buying experience perfect, please feel free to message me with the item you want and your location and I will calculate an accurate shipping price for you.

Exchanges:
All of our pieces are guaranteed. I do my best to show you exactly what you are purchasing in the photographs, but if you aren't happy with the way it looks when you feast your eyes on it in person, ship it back to me, with delivery confirmation, and I will make the necessary repairs or alterations. Is the size wrong on the item you desire? Convo me and I will tell you if it can be altered. If it's do-able, I'll be happy to do it. Are the earring hooks/posts not your preference? I can switch posts to leverback or hooks or vise-versa at no charge. Tell me and I will make it right. If you wish to exchange any item I can do that, too. Just ship it back to me within 10 days of receipt and I will make your exchange.

Matching accessories:
Some of our items have "friends" for sale who match them (earrings, necklaces, bracelets, etc.) If you buy a piece from us that is friendless in this way and you would like for it to have a friend, convo me and we'll get it done. I will do custom work along these lines happily! Every accessory needs friends, and so do I.

Feel free to convo me with any questions and I will get back to you ASAP. I am an obsessive email checker, so be assured that no question will go unanswered.

I may be new to Etsy, but I have been doing business online for years. Customer service is my forte. I am honest and reliable, I promise! You can check out my feedback on Amazon if you want to. I have been de-stashing books and CD's on there like crazy. The name on Amazon is "onedust1." Here's the link to that great feedback:
