Hello there!

I'm from the loveliest place on earth, namely Southern California, and I love all things that have to do with the beach, trees, and food. I dabble in a bit of everything; I studied piano performance, became a lawyer, and I'm a free-lance illustrator and author. My first children's book, A Friend for Bo was released in Spring 2016, published out of Random House. Stay tuned for the board book version coming out Spring 2018!

A few more things about me are that I love John Locke, C.S. Lewis, and A.A. Milne. I think food is one of the most wonderful inventions ever - pasta, pizza, and ice cream especially make the world go round. I think I should like to live in Narnia, Middle Earth, and a galaxy far, far away all at the same time. Oh, and if you don't get a thrill out of being at Disneyland when the fireworks go off, you've grown up too soon.

I think the saddest thing possible is when people are born old or cannot see the magic in life... and the happiest times come from enjoying all the magnificent beauty this world has to offer with those you love.

Pretty much, I think life is swell.
