My name is Lara Lutrick and I make handmade beads (aka Lampwork beads). I have been making beads part time since 1997. It is my passion and is so much fun. I'm a full time RN as well and live outside of Seattle Washington.

Using a flame to manipulate glass into a bead is like magic. The solid glass becomes a viscous liquid, which can be manipulated into untold numbers of objects. As an art form, bead making is unique. The results are immediate and the art is wearable and can be used in creating beautiful jewelry.

Q. What is lampwork?
A. "Lampwork" is a term given to the art of manipulating molten glass in a flame to form objects, in my case, beads. Lampworking has been done for thousands of years.

Q. What types of payments do you accept?
A. Paypal and Money Orders.

Q. What are the shipping charges?
A. Please see each listing for the cost.

Q. When do you ship the packages?
A. I ship within three days of payment. If shipping will be delayed I will let you know.

Q. Do you offer combined shipping?
A. Yes, I do combine on shipping at no extra charge.

Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes. I ship via First Class International. Please be aware items may take several days – a couple weeks to arrive. I’m happy to ship Priority, but the charges are very high with the US Postal Service, email for cost estimate.
