"Luxe Paper" is an extension of Eccentric Designs, (ED) is a small "online" graphic design business that was started in 2009 by Latisha Horton. ED is currently located in Central Florida, where Latisha was born and raised and currently lives with her handsome fiancé and beautiful daughter. Prior to ED Latisha worked with a non-profit agency for 8 years as a Contract Manager - primarily over Residential Group Homes (providing services to children in foster care ages 6-17 years of age). Although she immensely enjoyed the opportunity to provide child welfare services to the children and families in (her community) in foster care her love for design was greater. In January 2013 she walked out on faith from her 9:00-5:00pm job and decided to go full force with ED.

ED specialty is elegant, sophisticated, classy, chic partyware/stationery designs, and personalized gift items. ED mainly focuses on print designs, but Latisha's love for design has drawn her to expand ED's product base and (ED) now offers fun Art Prints, Nail Decals, Tshirt Designs, and more! While running her little online boutique shop Latisha continues (and still has the desire) to promote the welfare of others, and annually hosts a "Girl Power" event (www.girlpowercfl.com) for school aged girls in her community.
