Welcome to my shop.
My name is Maayan, I'm 33 years old, live in a beautiful village in northern Israel with my family: my loving man, our beautiful four years old daughter (one more is on her way , two big dogs and four spoiled cats…(yes, I love animals and want even more.. ♥ ♥ )

I'm spending my time working in my studio doing the two things l love: painting and melting glass. (You can see my glass lampwork beads in my other shop – www.binduglass.etsy.com)

I enjoy surrounding myself with colors, pigments powder, canvas, glass rods, brushes [and more]… I love my studio!!

Making these small works of art that you can actually wear is pure joy and challenge. Every paint brush is so gentle and minute but has a huge influence on the result. Every brush is significant here :)

In my canvas painting I usually start painting with my hands. This is the most enjoyable phase in which I feel released, listening to a good music and getting dirty from all the colors. After the colors are dry comes the second step which I'm usually painting the image. Slowly, quietly with the thinnest brush – kind of meditation.

I have an academic degree in art and my paintings were exhibit in many exhibition
