SHOP POLICIES:
I am usually able to ship non-custom purchases within 48 hours of receiving your payment. Items will be packaged securely and shipped by First Class or Priority Mail. If for any reason you are disappointed with your purchase please contact me within one week of receipt and we will work out something that we are both happy with. If a refund is called for it will be for the purchase amount, and will not include shipping costs. Shop credits are also an option. For higher-end items UPS is an option and will be billed to you for the exact amount. For high-end items I also offer a payment plan, either 3 or 4 payments spaced out equally within a 60 or 90 day period. No refunds will be available if you change your mind over the time period as the item will be unavailable to anyone else and I will lose those sales opportunities.
