About

Every single day I am acutely aware of how lucky I am.
I know how very blessed I am that I have found what I love - I make things that I think are beautiful and get to share them with the world. I have been a glassblower for more than 8 years now, and still to this day it amazes me when I make a connection with someone through my artwork.
I started out as a creative writer and poet - went to college for it even. When I started creating glass art I thought maybe it would make me sad not to be writing any more. But then I discovered something. . . it is not my souls calling to be a writer as much as it is to be a Storyteller. And through my artwork I do this.
Every piece I create has a story, every person I meet has a story, and through my glasswork, somewhere between the cold glass, the hot flame, and the warm souls, I tell this story. . .
