Hi! My name is Josie Graff and I am a 2010 graduate of Edinboro University of Pennsylvania's Metals Department. I love working with silver and enamel! I mostly make silver earrings and necklaces.

My shop name, MetalsLanya, is an homage to two major turning points in my life. The first is discovering jewelry making in my teens, and learning that I could study metalsmithing in college. The second is about spending my senior year of high school as a Rotary Youth Exchange Student in Hungary. Any doubts that I had about doing art were removed while I lived as an exchange student. "Lanya" comes from the Hungarian word for "girl", so I knew I wanted it to be part of my Etsy shop name!
