I love all things old the 1920s through the 1950s era and have collected and been given special things all my life. The thing that intrigues me is that these things are not in every department store or home and I often like to sit and wonder about the person who once owned the piece and what they were like. I love the quality and design that existed back then and seems to be lost today. I have often dreamed of what it would be like to own a store and sell things and I am on a new adventure here trying this out to see how it goes. I have designed the headbands with vintage jewels and embellishments in order to bring the old to a more usable wearable form as much of old jewelry sits in drawers never worn..here I have transformed it into something very wearable today.
