A grateful goodbye...
Mildred + Bernice was once a tiny idea fueled with excitement and support from my friends and family. It grew and allowed me to work for myself for four years, travel, learn, grow, and meet people along the way whom I will forever call my friends.
And now the time has come for me to say hello to a new chapter. I will no longer be creating and selling M+B. It’s hard to say goodbye after M+B’s best year yet, however, I have an even better opportunity at hand. I am fortunate and thrilled to be able to work alongside my husband as a fellow Colorado real estate broker with RE/MAX. I have been his sidekick for a few years and am now officially able to be a team with him as he goes into his eighth year. On this day six years ago I moved to New York with two suitcases, a lot of excitement and a pocket of prayers. A lot has happened in these six years! Life is a series of cycles. All things start new but must come to an end. It's how we evolve, it's how we grow. The past cycle is not forgotten but linked to the next one... And the next and the next. Endings are complex and potent. Beginnings are fresh and open with possibility. This transition is where I currently stand. I love this life and am thankful for where it has brought me as I welcome this new chapter.
With all that said, I want to use this as an opportunity to say, thank you. I am overwhelmed with gratitude for each and every one of you. Your enthusiasm and support helped make this dream come true. I am honored you let M+B be a part of your lives and am forever grateful. xx!
