About

My dad was big into antique and vintage. One of the things I remember most about our visits when I was little was going to the flea market or antique faire. I was bored out of my skull. It's funny how you realize when you get older that your interests have subliminal roots in your childhood.

Q. Why the shop?
A. Because a unique home is a cool home, and frankly, sometimes it's true - they just don't make 'em like they used to. Q. Why the shop?
A. Because a unique home is a cool home, and frankly, sometimes it's true - they just don't make 'em like they used to. Fill your home with things that make you happy and it will never go out of style. Every vintage seller here on Etsy has something fantastic to make you or your abode one-of-a-kind, not to mention helping preserve our big blue marble in return. This is my little chip in the giant antique cookie.

Q. Why 'Monday Pie'?
A. I've never read a book that made me have outbursts of crying laughter from beginning to end until I read "The Gallery of Regrettable Food" by James Lileks. It touched on some of my big loves: food, sarcasm, and kitsch. One reference was to Monday Pie, a new dish you made on Monday using your leftovers from Sunday.

Q. Where did all your stuff go?
A. My home decor goods have a new home here in Sacramento at Scout Living in Midtown. If you're in the area, stop by and see the amazing things they have for sale! http://scoutliving.com

Q. What's with all the forks?
A. PIE! And relative scale.
