Arts and crafts has always been a part of my life.

As a child me and my family lived in a cabin without electricity and running water so we had no tv or other electronics to keep us entertained. I loved it. Crafts and imagination is what kept us going.

Making beeswax candles is something that stuck the most in my memory. We would get the honey comb sheets that you roll with a piece of candle string in it. My sister and I also got pottery lessons from our neighbors.
Talk about a blast! I could go on and on about that.

Our mother was a sewer. She loved making pot holders, pillows and quilts. Oh and her garden! Who knows how big it actually was but to my 5 year old memory it was big and full of green stuff! We also had chickens, rabbits, cows and horses…

That's where it all started anyway.

These days i enjoy making jewelry (Obviously) writing poetry, hiking, fishing, camping, wine, and of course my handsome baby boy.
