I have also found that creating something always seems to give me the sense that all is well and that I can always build something new from what is right in front of me, no matter what may be happening all around me. I live in a beautiful place of lakes and mountains where I am surrounded by inspiration and rejuvenating spirit! Life has been generous and full and definitely not boring. I have had my challenges along the way which are partly responsible for this creative endeavor. I have spent many years learning about grief and life change both personally and professionally. I like to try to support people as best I can through what I've experienced.

If you'd like to connect with me about loss or grief in more detail, you can find me at my Facebook page: facebook.com/grieflifeline or check out my blog at griefsupportnh.wordpress.com.
