In addition to feather hair pieces, I also love encaustic painting. As a child growing up, I always loved to melt things AND to do art. I found a way to meld my pyro and creative tendencies with encaustics...which is painting with wax. Encaustic is a beeswax based paint that is kept molten on a heated palette. It is applied to a surface and reheated to fuse the paint into a uniform enamel-like finish.

Custom orders are welcomed.
