Jan Mignaud's Profile

About

I am from UK but am living in CA-teaching art at NIAD (The National Institute of Art for People and Disabilities). www.niadart.org I have made art all my life and work mainly with paint, and mixed media. My art involves intuition, nature, poetry, history, symbols, mystery and working with people. However, my art journey has taken unpredictable directions-such as supporting The Hoiser Women's School, as well as remote childrens schools, by selling these beautiful original Thangka Paintings from Nepal-painted by my friend Pushpa Lama. These are NON PROFIT listings. All funds received go directly to Schools to pay for repairs and supplies.

Updated information about Thangka paintings and our efforts to help build schools in remote areas of Nepal can be viewed at: On Nov 14, 2015, at 7:55 AM, Pushpa

I would like to give special thanks to "oldsilkroute" for donating sale proceeds from an item in her etsy shop, each month, to help build back Pushpa Lama's school and painting studio devestated by the recent earthquake.
