Born in San Francisco, raised in Portland Oregon and a recent L.A. transplant, Nilina has been crafting accessories since elementary school. At age 16 she began selling them at local shops and hasn't stopped since. Outside of hand-making accessories she is a Jill-of-all-trades, supporting herself with music photography, writing and concert poster art. She has a strong affinity for making all sorts of art out of paper cut-outs.

Her approach to accessories is simple; whatever fits her fancy. She'll typically buy fabric within the same day of having an idea and then create the item later that same night. She loves working with her hands and realizing ideas.
