Beeswax Candles 101
~ Beeswax burns cleanly—without soot, smoke, or dripping
~ Our candles have no artificial colors or fragrances—just the sweet, 100 percent natural scent of beeswax from Minnesota clover fields
~ Beeswax candles burn significantly longer and cleaner than standard paraffin (petroleum-based) candles and come from a sustainable source
~ Candle wicks should generally be trimmed to about 1/4 inch. If the candle’s flame seems to flicker or is emitting smoke or soot extinguish the candle, trim the wick, and relight
~ After some time you may notice a light white film built up on the outside of the candle. This is a natural occurrence called wax “bloom” and shows you we did not treat the candles with any artificial chemicals to prevent this. It
will not impact the candle or how it burns. If you would prefer to remove the bloom, simply buff with a soft cloth or gently heat the exterior of the candle
