Olivia Kate Couture specializes in fine flower girl tutu dresses. Established in 2007, styles are designed with comfort & convenience in mind with "room to grow". Perfect for weddings or any special occasion.

Our focus is creating beautifully made dresses at reasonable prices. All of o ur dresses are created with high quality cotton, satins, silk, tulle and other fine fabrics and adornments.

Our dresses are made especially for you upon order. This means that your dress is created once you purchase & not hanging in a warehouse somewhere. We would love to make a dress just for you!

**Our handmade promise**

We only use high quality, bridal tulle that is apparel grade tulle which is lead safe nylon (different from craft tulle) and is manufactured in North America (made in USA).
Because our tulle has to pass very stringent quality tests, the federal government recognizes nylon as being inherently flame retardant.

Many companies use polyester tulle because it's cheaper but polyester tulle is not safe. Polyester tulle is sometimes treated to make it flame retardant and the chemicals used are unknown.
