Trisha Brink's Profile

About

I strive to work with items readily available; and most likely destined for the landfill. I am especially inspired by vintage designs, so you may even see vintage items listed amongst my handmade items. Reworking and repurposing items is a very old idea...one worth resurrecting.

My grandmother was a neat old Dutch lady and she was an expert on reusing...and an expert at making Olie Bollen (a sweet dutch style round dohnut). I loved eating Olie Bollen as a child...and I loved to go to grandmas house. Thus the name Ollie Bollen!

I also have two very different and yet similar accounts here on etsy:

One filled with photography of sweet and pretty everyday miracles (TrishaBrinkDesign)

The other one is filled with nature inspired cuiosities, and vintage goods too (WesleyAsher).
