About

Thank you for your interest in Original Cyn Jewelry

I have been creating and selling my jewelry since 1991.
I studied business in college, but designing jewelry was always my passion.
I’m proud to be self-taught in my jewelry process, and I strive to be unique.

I feel jewelry as an art form, has the power to create moods, provoke opinions and produce reactions. I am always experimenting with new techniques, which is either totally exhilarating or utterly frustrating, but with each attempt, I know I am learning something new.
I rarely repeat any design. Over twenty years of mostly one-of-a-kind designs is a testament to the endless variety that is possible.

I look for inspiration through unusual combinations of patterns & colors…

I look for inspiration through unusual combinations of patterns & colors ...
I have never limited my materials to traditional sources. I use found objects, anything organic, reclaimed material as well as shiny-new Swarovski Crystals or Gemstones.

My work is a big part of my life. I am lucky to have a husband and son that enjoy searching the beach, the woods, gem shoes, thrift & antique shops...looking for "treasures"

Sharing the excitement of my finds, designs and techniques is something I have always done, and doing extensive research of the origins of my finds is something I am very passionate about.

I appreciate your business. You have made a decision to support an indie artist
over mass produced items.
I too, support as many independent businesses as possible. I give back to my own community from buying local and volunteering to teach others as much as I know.

I am very dedicated to providing you jewelry of the highest quality and happiness!
Never hesitate to ask any questions, inquire about custom orders or about making changes to your jewelry. Exchanges are always possible.
I want you to be happy with your purchase, and I want you to see you wearing it!

Thank You
Cynthia
