About

I create modern jewelry from Japanese things. I call it organic origami. It glows with radiant color and a soft natural warmth.

I first learned Japanese papercrafting many years ago from an artisan in a Japanese village. I've kept it up all these years and have a lush collection of vintage and one of a kind Japanese chiyogami, katazome and unryu washi paper.

Lately I started the Paper Earth line of all locally salvaged recycled materials. The same bold colors, the same bold style, but with a zero carbon footprint!

I take inspiration from the gorgeous and green Pacific Northwest where I live with my wonderful partner, our two kids, and our aggrieved rabbit Penelope.
