Fresh jam and preserves are decadently good with so many things beyond a slice of toast! A gorgeous accompaniment to a cheese plate, a delicious addition to your morning yogurt, or a seductive glaze for poultry, fish or game ....the possibilities go as for as your imagination takes them.
I preserve local and organic produce by hand, in small batches, on the same day I pick or purchase it from local markets.
