About

Thanks for stopping in, I hope my beads put a smile on your face as they all bring joy to me when I am making them.

Let me tell you a little about myself. I met my husband in Key Largo, Fl. where I grew up and we have been married for 30 years. The most rewarding and challenging time in our lives was when we lived in Western Pennsylvania and were foster parents for 14 years. Together we have owned and operated two successful restaurants. All of my beads go directly from flame to kiln where they are properly kiln annealed for strength and longevity. They are then properly cleaned with a Dremel diamond reamer. I use fine Italian, German and American glass and create my beads.

I would love to showcase your work on my Blog. If you purchase beads from me and have finished work email me a picture with some information about your piece and/or yourself. If you have a link for a website, blog or Etsy store include it and I will put a link on my blog with your picture. My blog can be seen http://islandtopdesign.wordpress.com/
