I make instant film photographs with a collection of vintage Polaroid cameras. At the age of twelve, I made a pinhole camera and have been traveling with a camera in my pocket ever since. I find the mechanics of shooting instant film deeply satisfying. Vintage Polaroid cameras make noise. They click, squeak and whir. And the unpredictable effects of the chemicals in Polaroid prints make beautiful images.

My photographs have been featured in Kaltblut Magazine, a Berlin-based art magazine and have been selected by Urban Outfitters for their Print Shop. I write about instant film photography on the blog Photege. My portfolio can be found on Flickr.
