I have always enjoyed the styles of the 1940's, 50's and 60's. I've been buying and wearing vintage clothing for about 15 years. I started collecting vintage jewelry in 2005 to accent my period looks. In 2006, I transitioned my hobby and love of collecting vintage jewelry into a home based business. I sell vintage costume jewelry at antique shows and flea markets as well as online. In 2009, after much cajoling and convincing by my husband, I decided to try my hand at making jewelry. I am constantly trying to learn new techniques, and experiment with new materials. Much of the inspiration for my jewelry comes from vintage jewelry, but I also enjoy using modern methods, techniques and styles. I have found many creative jewelry friends on line who have inspired me and helped me along the way. I have recently started to sell my artisan items on Etsy.
