I made my first"Butt Bag"when I was in seventh grade, and since then no piece of clothing has gone to the garbage in my house hold. I try to make colorful, interesting, unusual, and unique items that are ultimately very useful.(What good is a pretty thing if it only sits on a shelf?) I've made bags for all the members of my family and several friends, sometimes I use their old pants. Really, I just want everyone to enjoy carrying groceries, I do.

Construction on all bags is guaranteed for as long as my sewing machine runs. Just send it back and I'll patch it up, even if the wear is from age and use!

Most bags can be machine-washed cold and gentle. Some are of varied materials and hand-washing is recommended. If you would like I can give you a list of materials (my best guess) for any bag.

I am dedicated to re-use of materials. All my bags are scraps, leftovers and un-wearables. I pull from a basement full of the craftiness of several generations. We also pick up fabric and notions at estate sales and thrift stores. This is Recycling at it's best!

YARN
All my yarn is hand-spun, most on a wheel, some on a drop spindle. Fiber content and commercial roving as noted. Hand-dyed yarn is wash-fast acid dyes. All yarn should be hand-washed and drip dried.
