Hello, my name is Maria Smith, and welcome to my Etsy shop! I'm a multi-tasking jersey girl (born and raised) who addicted to creating. The only problem is that I can't limit myself to just one medium, I have to try them all!
I started my Etsy shop back in 2006, right after I graduated high school. (Which makes me feel incredibly old to say.) I've grown and changed a lot, and my shop has evolved with me every step of the way.
I started out by offering polymer clay charms and hand-sewn cat toys, but now I offer so much more! Pins, Prints, Stickers, Sewn Pouches, Banners, Downloadables, Printables...I just can't help myself!
I work as a production manager at a print shop during the day, and at night I'm a free spirited crafter (semi-professional pet snuggler) and food blogger!
Along with my day job, and this shop, I run a website called Sometimes Foodie. It's a little corner of the internet where I can express my food obsession and post food reviews, recipes, new products and more!
I also create art-related lesson plans and downloadable worksheets for educators. You can find my downloadable teaching products in my store or on the website Teachers Pay Teachers.

My real name is "Maria Smith" and there's quite a lot of us out there. (Just check Facebook.) I really liked the word "Poison" when I was in high school and though that a name like "Poison & Antidote" was nondescript enough to cover work in a lot of different mediums, and unique enough to make me stand out from the crowd. So Poison & Antidote was born!
