Howdy from Central Texas. I'm Cheri and I sell my art under the name of Polkadot Toadstool.

My art is mostly in creating of characters in the form of sculpture, art dolls and miniatures. I never know from where inspiration is going to come, or who I will be making next. However, doing work that brings joy, is uplifting, and allows me, and hopefully those who like my work, to be part of the magic that is around us every day is important to me.

I'm not just a artist of dolls and miniatures, I'm also a collector. I think building personalities, and scenes for these little people is a lot of fun and I love to surround myself with items that make me smile, feel connected, and be inspired.

I'm a bit of a magpie, I love treasure hunting for interesting things. This is how I got into being a vintage seller in addition to art. I'd go out looking for interesting things to use in my art projects and ended up catching the vintage bug.

When I'm not creating and treasure hunting. I am a life coach, working with people who want to get past their negative self talk and allow the powerful person they really are to come out.

We are a smoke free, animal friendly home.
