All my life I've been making things. As a child, I made brick houses for the frogs in the brook near our home, then advanced to building and furnishing an apartment for my pre-Barbie dolls.

Prior to completing college, I attended Corcoran School of Art in Washington, D.C., only quitting when I ran out of money! After I married, I concentrated on building a career in the computer industry, but I never stopped making things. Over the years I've not only learned jewelry-making skills, but clay on a potter's wheel and basket weaving.

After moving to Sebastian, I craved an artistic outlet and returned to jewelry making. Before long I graduated to bead weaving with a needle and thread, then wire working, and now polymer clay.
